James is currently leading a new design and product initiative at Ascential, working across festivals, exhibitions and trend forecasting. Before this he was Head of Design & UX at Yoti, the world’s first consumer digital identity platform. He is also part of the >X Global Advisory Network.
James started his career in brand agencies before moving in house. This move allowed him to define and deliver design strategies and solve problems that always put the user at the heart of the experience.
