Travis LeBlanc

Chief of the Bureau of Enforcement – The Federal Communications Commission

Travis LeBlanc is Chief of the Enforcement Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, leading the Commission’s largest organizational unit and its 24 Field Offices.

Prior to joining the FCC, LeBlanc was Special Assistant Attorney General of California and a senior advisor to Attorney General Kamala D. Harris. He is an Affiliated Scholar at the University of California Hastings College of the Law and a member of the American Law Institute.

LeBlanc previously served in the Obama Administration in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel. He has an A.B. from Princeton University, an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, a J.D. from Yale Law School, and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
